Welcome to merakistudios.eu, we are an online store that sells products from Masks (nonmedical) to clothing this page will regulate your access to our store, any purchases you make and our communication with one another.

These terms (terms and conditions) will be applicable to any part of our store, do keep that in mind, your access, continued use or by making any purchase or interaction with us will constitute an unconditional acceptance to these terms and you agree that you've read and understood the terms in full.

2. LEGAL NOTICE

We sell masks, however, note that these are not APPROVED MEDICAL MASKS in accordance with directive 93/42 or with Regulation EU / 2017/745, nor is it a personal protective equipment within the meaning of Regulation EU / 2016/425.

THESE MASKS DO NOT HAVE VIRUS FILTERING PROPERTIES, NOR DO WE CONFIRM THAT IT WILL PROTECT YOU FROM THE COVID-19 VIRUS, OR ANY OF SORTS.

 

 3. Goods and Payments

• We offer several payment gateways, such as PayPal, Stripe and direct card purchases, each payment gateway charges their own respective fees, and as such the fees may or may not be included in your payment, it is your responsibility to ensure that the fees match. We are not responsible for any payments made for fees, the payment gateway may charge upon it or us for the fees. In whatever, you accept such payment in

All sales are final. Due to the impact of COVID-19, we do not offer refunds at this time. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns either.

WE HOLD THE RIGHT TO AMEND OR ADOPT ANY NEW TERMS AT ANY GIVEN TIME WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. WHERE THIS DOCUMENT FAIL TO PROVIDE ANY JUSTIFICATION FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER THEN WE SHALL DECIDE ON DISPUTES AS A CASE ON CASE BASIS.
