Do Meraki's masks protect you against Covid-19 and/or other viruses? 
This mask is not a personal protection equipment, it does not have any virus filtering properties, however, covering your face may help reducing the virus transmission to others and to yourself.

Are Meraki's masks medically approved?
This device is not medically within the standards of Directive 93/42 or Regulation EU / 2017/745, nor is it a personal protection equipment within the meaning of Regulation EU / 2016/425.

In case of unsatisfaction, can I return the mask?
All sales are final. Due to the impact of COVID-19, we do not offer refunds at this time. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns either.

Can the mask be sterilized? 
Yes, our masks can be sterilized by washing it at max. 60°C or by ironing, at max. 150°C.

Can I order custom masks?
We are glad to say that we can! With the minimum required amount of 100 masks, we can provide you with a custom quote for your custom design. We can also provide a designing service and design your mask if necessary. 

Can I partner with Meraki or sell Meraki’s masks?
